Step 1: Design and Ordering
At SchoolPride®, we want the design process to be as easy as possible for the customer. That is why our design team is ready to work one on one with you to design your custom product. We will use your school, team or group's mascot and colors to create a proof of your custom product that will be used for artwork approval.
An order is not complete until we receive a signed artwork approval form, payment/school purchase order and a signed quote. At that time, your designer will give you an estimated delivery date for your product. Please keep in mind that your product is being made just for you and requires adequate lead time. When possible, rush service may be available for an additional charge.

Step 2: Production Time
Banners, Boards, Flags etc.
For banners, boards, flags, signs and other non-decal products, your custom item will ship within 10 to 15 business days after custom artwork approval. This is our standard production time throughout the year. If you need your item sooner, you may wish to inquire about rush procedures.
Helmet Decals, Window Decals, Magnets
For decal products, including helmet decals and magnets, standard production time is 3 to 5 business days after artwork approval AND payment or school purchase order receipt, depending on whether line-art is provided. This may vary slightly during July, August and September.

Step 3: Payment Methods
We are happy to take school purchase orders. We must have a copy of the PO signed by a school district treasurer and not just a PO number. Our designers will prepare a complete quote, including shipping, for your purchase order process. We are happy to supply a W-9 and complete any vendor registration information that you may require, upon request by your treasurer's office. We are already an established vendor for many of the nation's largest school districts and universities.
We will also take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PAYPAL and Check by Phone. Both checks mailed and checks by phone may require a "hold" period prior to order shipment.

Step 4: Shipping Methods
We ship by UPS and freight carrier prepaid. All shipping charges will be included in the quote prepared by your Designer. The US Postal Service can be used for some projects, as well. However, no tracking is available.
APOs/DPOs
We are also happy to ship to our military customers APOs and DPOs via US mail. International mail is also available. Only items that are the correct size to be shipped by US postal service can sent to military and government box addresses overseas. If you want a board product shipped that is too large for USPS delivery, ask you designer about multi-piece design.
COD
We cannot offer COD. All items must be paid for prior to shipment or must have a valid purchase order from a school or government entity.
International Shipping
We ship to all parts of North America, Central & South America, Europe, Asia, Canada and Australia etc. via the United States Postal Service or UPS International. Please call for a quote and allow adequate lead time. We have shipped many items to Canada, Mexico, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Japan, New Zealand. UPS world-wide shipping is also available, but is very expensive. Cost savings on international shipments may be achieved in the design process by creating multi-piece products that are small enough for USPS international delivery. We have made large project shipments via UPS with great success, however.
Freight Carrier Inspection
It is extremely important that you open and inspect all packages shipped via UPS, USPS or Freight Carrier, before signing for the package. We pay for insurance on shipped items, but freight carriers have rules in place regarding valid damage claims. Please reject any package with damage prior to accepting delivery. However, if you do not reject the package, you must report damage, including concealed damage to us or to freight the carrier immediately. You must also keep all boxes and packaging, to prove the claim. If you fail to open and inspect your product immediately upon receipt of your package, School Pride Ltd. cannot be held responsible for the damage.
What is Concealed Damage?
If someone involved in the freight transit process drops the package, there maybe no outward signs of damage to the packaged product. However, upon inspection, the product is broken or damaged. This is concealed damage and this is why it is important to open and inspect your product prior to accepting delivery.
