Boards: We can make die-cut conference signage, huge changeable conference discs and conference boards with velcro panel systems.
Banners: We design, print, cut and sew our conference banners in-house. For that reason, we can create any shape or style of banner.
Boards: Custom sizes are available, standard sizes are as follows:
- Conference Discs: 6’ • 8’.
- Conference Boards (Digital Prints): 4’x8’ • 5’x10’
- Conference Boards (Panel System): 3’x6’ • 4’x8’ • 4’x8’ • 5’x10’
Banners: Standard sizes are: 2’x2’ • 2’x3’ • 3’x5’ • 4’x6’ • 4’x7’. Custom sizes are also available.
Our custom conference products can be shipped in as little as three weeks from order date. An order is not placed until both payment and artwork approval are received.
A free, custom design is included in the price of your banner, board or die-cut. Our Project Management Team will help you choose the best materials for your situation and space, then work with our Art Team to create an innovative, custom design using your mascot, colors and information.

SchoolPride® offers a wide range of conference display products for high schools and colleges. Conference banners are the most traditional option — custom designed with each member school's colors and mascot in rectangular, pennant, or custom shapes. For conferences that add or change member schools, our board products with changeable panel systems and disc systems allow easy updates without replacing the entire display. Round member signs and die-cut mascots. Die-cut signage and mascots are also options for gym walls and lobbies. Every product is fully custom designed and manufactured in-house at our Columbus, Ohio facility.
Vinyl — Our most economical banner material. Digitally printed for maximum design flexibility and vibrant color reproduction. A great choice for programs looking for a high-quality custom banner at the most affordable price point. For indoor use only.
Nylon — Our signature and most popular banner material. Soft and durable nylon produces a cleaner, more polished look than vinyl and holds up beautifully over time. For indoor use only.
PVC — Creates a rigid, perfectly flat banner with a crisp, professional appearance. PVC banners look sharp on the wall, but should be placed carefully — a direct hit from a ball or contact from a student has the potential to crack or damage them. For indoor use only.
Aluminum — Our most durable and premium banner material, and the only option suitable for outdoor use. Like PVC, aluminum creates a rigid, perfectly flat display with a clean, professional appearance — but it is significantly more damage resistant and built to withstand the elements. The ideal choice for outdoor installations or high-traffic indoor areas where durability is a priority.
PVC — Our most economical indoor and versatile option. PVC delivers vibrant color and a clean, professional finish at a lower price point. Mascots, school names and school colors for conference members can be direct printed to the board or printed on changeable panels that can be updated as conference members change.
Aluminum — Our most durable option and the only material suitable for outdoor use. Weather-resistant and built to last, aluminum boards work equally well indoors and outdoors.
Acrylic — Our premium indoor option. We do not have standard conference products that use acrylic, but it is an option for custom projects. Our acrylic board products feature sub-surface printing, meaning all graphics are sandwiched beneath a protective layer — so students cannot scratch, pick at, or damage the design. Ideal for high-traffic hallways, trophy cases, and main lobby displays.
Our banners can be designed and manufactured as "Double-Sided" at an additional cost.
Changeable systems are designed to display your current conference members while making future updates simple. Panel systems feature individual panels for each member school mounted together on a backer board — when a school joins or leaves the conference, just swap the individual panel without replacing the entire display. Disc systems feature a panel for each member school attached to a backer board with velcro. Each Panel can be individually replaced as conference membership changes. Yes, we can manufacture outdoor conference displays for both banners and board products. Outdoor conference displays must be made with aluminum as it is the material we recommend for outdoor use.
Because our products need to be professionally designed, they cannot be ordered online. A free design and a full written quote are part of our process.
