School Photo Boards for Recognition, Hall of Fame & Staff Displays

SchoolPride® school photo boards are a versatile and meaningful way to recognize the students, athletes, staff, and alumni who make your school community special. Used for athletic, academic, and alumni hall of fames, donor recognition, student of the month displays, teacher of the year boards, varsity team photos, and meet-the-staff displays — every board is fully custom designed with your school colors and branding.

Boards are available in U-Frame and Easy Change frame styles, both of which can include name strips or information slots below each photo. Die-cut top shapes and custom headers are also available to give your board a distinctive, polished appearance.

U-Frame is our most economical option. Photos are held in an open channel frame. To update, simply pull the frame toward you, slide the old photo out, and slide the new one in. Quick, easy, and tool-free. Perfect for frequently updated displays like student of the month, current team rosters, or office staff.

Easy Change is our premium option and provides greater security for high-traffic areas like hallways and lobbies. Photos are accessed by attaching the corner of a Post-it note to the photo and pulling it out, then sliding the new photo in from the back. Because the update method is less obvious, photos are much harder for students or visitors to accidentally — or intentionally — remove. Ideal for hall of fame walls, academic recognition, and any display where photo security matters.

Both frame styles can have name strips or information slots added below each photo to display the person's name, title, year, sport, or any other relevant details.

School Photo Boards are made from PVC — a durable, rigid material that provides a clean, professional surface for printed graphics and photo frames. PVC holds color vibrancy extremely well, making your school colors and branding look sharp under any lighting conditions. School Photo Boards are designed for indoor use only. PVC is not recommended for outdoor environments.

Both Easy Change Frames & U-Frames are constructed using a premium non-glare acrylic to ensure your photos are visible from any angle.  Many of our competitors use a cheaper acrylic that makes photos difficult to see.

Mounting hardware is included in your purchase price as well.

School Photo boards come complete with:

1. Full set of U-Frames or Painted Frames

2. Drilled Holes for Hanging

3. Installation Hardware, including decorative Metal Pucks.

4. Graphic "place holders" where photos will go.

Updating your photo board depends on which frame style you chose. U-Frame boards are the simplest to update — just pull the frame toward you, slide the old photo out, and slide the new one in. Easy Change boards require attaching the corner of a Post-it note to the photo surface and pulling it gently out, then sliding the new photo in from behind.

School Photo Boards are designed for indoor use only. The PVC material and frame construction are not suitable for outdoor environments. For outdoor recognition displays, please contact us to discuss alternative solutions.
