Our graphic design team has created so many different employee photo boards that we can customize a board for nearly any purpose. Use them for company hall of fames, employee of the month displays, employee recognition or to introduce your staff to the public. Die-cut top shapes and separate custom headers are also available.

Materials
Our photo display boards are constructed with a durable, rigid PVC backer. Frames, made with a premium non-glare acrylic, are then attached to the PVC backing. Mounting hardware is also included.

Most Colors are available for Digital Prints. Substrate colors are limited to raw goods manufacturers options. We can also provide color matching / custom colors at an additional charge.

Whether you need an employee of the month board, a company hall of fame wall, a service award display, a staff introduction board for your lobby, or a recognition wall for a specific department — every board is fully custom designed with your organization's branding and can include name strips or title information below each photo. Both U-Frame and Easy Change frame styles are available.
U-Frame is our most economical option. Photos are held in an open channel frame. To update, simply pull the frame toward you, slide the old photo out, and slide the new one in. Quick, easy, and tool-free. Perfect for frequently updated displays like employee of the month or office staff photo displays.
Easy Change is our premium option and provides greater security for high-traffic areas like hallways and lobbies. Photos are accessed by attaching the corner of a Post-it note to the photo and pulling it out, then sliding the new photo in from the side. Because the update method is less obvious, photos are much harder for customers or visitors to accidentally — or intentionally — remove. Ideal for employee recognition, corporate hall of fames, and any display where photo security matters.
Both frame styles can have name strips or information slots added below each photo to display the person's name, title, years of service, or any other relevant details.
Employee Photo Boards are made from PVC — a durable, rigid material that provides a clean, professional surface for printed graphics and photo frames. PVC holds color vibrancy extremely well, making your company colors and branding look sharp under any lighting conditions. Employee Photo Boards are designed for indoor use only. PVC is not recommended for outdoor environments.
Both Easy Change Frames & U-Frames are constructed using a premium non-glare acrylic to ensure your photos are visible from any angle. Many of our competitors use a cheaper acrylic that makes photos difficult to see.
Mounting hardware is included in your purchase price as well.
Updating your photo board depends on which frame style you chose. U-Frame boards are the simplest to update — just pull the frame toward you, slide the old photo out, and slide the new one in. Easy Change boards require attaching the corner of a Post-it note to the photo surface and pulling it gently out, then sliding the new photo in from the side.
Employee Photo boards come complete with:
1. Full set of U-Frames or Painted Frames
2. Drilled Holes for Hanging
3. Installation Hardware, including decorative Metal Pucks.
4. Graphic "place holders" where photos will go.
Employee Photo Boards are designed for indoor use only. The PVC material and frame construction are not suitable for outdoor environments. For outdoor recognition displays, please contact us to discuss alternative solutions.
