Terms Of Sale

Pricing

  • Pricing is guaranteed for 30 days after the date of written quote.

Artwork, Mascots & Logos

  • Any logos, mascots or artwork that you provide to SchoolPride® must be your intellectual property or you must have to legal right to use the intellectual property.  

Order Placement

  • Order Placement is defined as:

    • Approving artwork

    • Approving quote

    • Agreeing to our "Terms of Sale"

    • Signing any Releases required; and

    •  Submitting Payment as defined in our Payment Policy:

    School District or Government Purchase Orders Policy:

    The written school purchase order must be signed by the District Treasurer or School Bookkeeper.

    Booster groups, Youth Teams, Individuals and Private Companies purchase orders are NOT acceptable methods of payment and will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Production Time

  • Typical Production times are 3 to 5 days for window & helmet decal products; and 10 to 25 business days for other products, from the date of order Placement.  You will receive a projected ship date at order placement. Production time is not guaranteed, unless the product qualifies as a “quick ship” item, or customer pays a rush fee.

Sales Tax

  • Sales Tax will be collected in all states for which School Pride Ltd is determined to have a physical or economic nexus.

Small Package Shipping

  • Orders sent “Small Package” shipping via UPS, USPS or FedEx will be made to the delivery address on the quote approved by the customer.   Customer is responsible for any fees incurred for incorrect delivery address on approved quote. SchoolPride® cannot guarantee delivery time of ground carrier. No refund will be given for missed delivery date, unless expedited shipping is requested and paid for by the customer.

Freight Shipping

  • Orders with “Freight” delivery may be delivered to a Commercial Address or School, curbside or to interior, as determined by freight carrier.  The shipper will arrange a delivery date with you before delivery and you are required to inspect the packaging, note damage, and sign for the order at the time of delivery.  Assembly and/or installation is not included in “Freight” delivery service. Residential Freight deliveries are not allowed.

Cancellation & Return Policy

  • All sales are final on custom product. All requests to cancel or return an order must be submitted in writing, via email. Requests to cancel must be e-mailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and/or to the project manager or designer.  If printing / print setup has not begun, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.  If pre-press work has begun, an order cannot be cancelled. Orders for which a “rush fee” has been paid and deadline cannot be met, may be cancelled without penalty. Cancellation is not complete until confirmed via e-mail by a Salesperson. Return requests for stock awards or defective product must be emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and an RMA number must be obtained. Shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.  Orders returned due to damage or defect will be restored or replaced at no charge to the customer. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and no credit/refund will be given.

Color Matching Policy

  • Color matching is not guaranteed unless:

    1. Customer pays a color-match fee
    2. Customer provides a sample of product to be matched
    3. Customer approves color-match in writing

Rush Fee & Expedited Shipping

  • Rush production may be available at certain times of the year.  Applicable fee must be paid by customer in order to advance an order on the production schedule. Expedited shipping is not included in the “RUSH FEE” and must be purchased separately.
